Uniline Series A40 - Belt Drive Actuator

 Uniline Electro-Mechanical Linear Actuators.
Belt driven actuator with compact rail bearing system and one of the smallest Linear Motion Axis available.
The A40 Uniline offers a 118"/s speed and over 20 ft. of stroke design for a wide range of applications. A40 Uniline linear actuator offers a small and compact sized linear motion product that is designed to fit in conjunction with conveyor systems for mail sorting machineries.
The Compact Rail TLC18 is placed flat against the inside bottom of the extrusion to minimize the overall dimension 1.5" x 1.5". This bearing configuration offers the actuators trolley a 180 lb. load capacity when mounted on its side. The polyurethane steel reinforced RPP belt offers a repeatability of 0.003".
Uniline is a family of linear actuators designed to facilitate the work of the design engineer. Assembled with only the best components, Uniline actuators are of the highest quality. By specifying a Uniline actuator, the design engineer must no longer spend time selecting, purchasing, and testing various components to provide linear movement. Instead, the designer is free to focus on those other parts of the machine that will set it apart from the competition.
The A's have a COMPACT "T" - rail mounted flat inside the profile.
This simple configuration is perfect for most applications.

"L" - versions have a longer trolley mounted on two internal sliders instead of one.
