Uniline Series C55 - Belt Drive Actuator

 Uniline Electro-Mechanical Linear Actuators.
Belt driven actuator with a compact rail bearing system and a compact sized linear motion axis with two bearing rails inside.
The C55 Uniline offers moderate speeds of up to 118"/sec. and strokes of over 20 ft. Its strength lays in the formable axial load capacity of 367 lb. and My moment of 580 in-lb. Its two internal TLV18 and ULV18 Compact Rails provide self aligning bearings that will provide longer life and less maintenance for the operator.
The rails are placed facing each other to maximize radial load capacities and to keep minimized overall dimension of 2.1" x 2.1" C55 Uniline actuators demonstrate 21st century linear motion technology with its self aligning bearing system to serve the bio tech and medical industry.
Uniline is a family of linear actuators designed to facilitate the work of the design engineer. Assembled with only the best components, Uniline actuators are of the highest quality. By specifying a Uniline linear actuator, the design engineer must no longer spend time selecting, purchasing, and testing various components to provide linear movement. The C’s have a COMPACT “T”-rail mounted face to face with a Compact “U”-rail.
This configuration is ideal for vertical or single axis or where great My moments are present.

“L”-versions have a longer trolley mounted on two internal sliders instead of one.
The load and moment capacities obtainable, particularly the My and Mz, are much higher than those of the base versions.
