The E75 Uniline offers high speeds of up to 196"/sec. and high moment capacity Mx of 756 in-lb. and radial load capacity of 1233 lb. design for a wide range of applications. The E75 is prefect for applications where high speed and heavy moments work against most actuators.
Utilizing a two bearing rail configuration the application moments are equally distributed between the two rails reducing the forces on the individual bearings. Working strokes over 20 ft. are standard. With low noise and the ability to operate in contaminated environments, the Compact Rail system of the Uniline is constructed of large radial bearings that operate on a hardened steel surface. The E’s have a COMPACT “T”-rail mounted flat inside the profile and one Compact “U”-rail mounted externally.
This configuration offers superior rigidity and is well suited for single axis applications or where a great Mx moment is present.
