profile-railProfile Rail actuators utilize profile rails as the weight bearing members allowing for excellent straightness and load carrying capability.

For applications where high moment or pull-off loads exist, profile rail is excellent in handling such conditions.  Roll, pitch and yaw values are minimized using this type of technology.

Note: The system length is most often limited by the rail size. While perusing the various Profile Rail Linear Actuators, the numeric designation is based on the rail width.

For example, an MP7 stage is the MP series product housed with 7mm profile rail. The smaller the rail, the shorter the available rail lengths and thus, the shorter the system travels. Butt joining of rails is possible to extend travels of certain systems.
