Description

The TwinLite™ is a Compact, Light Weight Linear Actuator

The Twinlite was designed for light loads while moounted in a vertical orientation and is available in travel lengths up to 42 inches.

Hardcoat™ Shafting
Hardocoat™ Shafting is made from light weight aluminum, precision ground SMI™ tolerances and then plated with proprietary anodizing process. We then embed our Hardcoat™ Shafting into a light weight 6061 aluminum cross section designed to handle the loads you require and preload the ploymer bearings against the Hardcoat™ for minimal clearance and maximum rigidity.

Benefits of Linear Bearings
Vibration Dampening, Dirt-Resistant, Self Lubricating, Maintenance Free, For Extremely "Dirty" applications, Underwater Applications, and 1Wash-down Conditions. The Twinlite linear actuator is also resistant to; alcohol, chlorinated hydro-carbons, greases, oils, fuels, weak lye's and sea water.
