Applicable Laws
The Terms and Conditions set forth in the Site are governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without giving effect to international, federal, and state conflicts of laws provisions. This site is controlled and maintained by Specialty Motions for its offices in the State of California, United States of America. Specialty Motions makes no representation that the materials contained on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who access the Site from other locations are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
