Limited Warranty: All products manufactured or private labeled by Seller are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and maintenance schedules, for a period of one (1) year after the date of shipment to Buyer. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of a product when it is sent prepaid and received by Seller. Seller does not assume liability for installation, conversion, accident, application, storage, abuse, alteration, or misuse of any products. This warranty comprises the sole and entire warranty pertaining to items provided hereunder. Seller makes no other warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind whatsoever. All other warranties, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for purpose, whether express, implied, or arising by operation of law, trade usage, or course of dealing are hereby disclaimed. All products furnished by Seller, but not manufactured by Seller are subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty terms and conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there are no warranties whatsoever on items built or acquired wholly or partially, to Buyer's designs or specifications. No person other than Buyer shall be entitled to any right, claim or benefit under this limited warranty. It is the responsibility of the product user to determine the suitability of the Seller's products for a specific application. While defective products will be replaced without charge if promptly returned, no liability is assumed beyond such replacement. The Buyer shall bear the cost of reshipment of the product to Buyer if Seller determines the product is beyond the warranty period or otherwise not entitled to the benefits of this limited warranty. No labor or other cost for removal of any product sold by Seller from Buyer's end product in which it is installed or reinstallation thereof will be provided or allowance given therefore under the provisions of this warranty or otherwise.
